Pick:         Stranraer

Stake:       4%

Odds:        1,58

Final reason for bet

·          Second placed Stranraer plays away to bottom side East Stirling.

·          Stranraer impressed last weekend with a comfortable 5-0 win over mid table team Albion Rovers.

·          When the teams played each other earlier this autumn, Stranraer won easily with 4-0 at home in Stair Park.

·          East Stirling is a very bad team who has only managed 5 points from ten played games.

·          East Stirling managed their first win last weekend when they won over second bottom placed Elgin at home with 3-1. Worth mention here is that Elgin’s defence has been extraordinary bad during the last games. Prior the East Stirling game Elgin had let in 24 goals on six played games, i.e. an average of four goals in the back per game. Maybe this gives an idea of why East Stirling could win, Elgin is like a couple of saloon doors.

·          We believe that a confidence filled Stranraer will beat one of the worst Scottish teams. The Stirling win last weekend was of course nice for them, but since Elgin is such a poor side we are not too impressed. With these facts in mind we propose a 4% bet on Stranraer.
