General comment about the game

Strong home team Torquay welcomes newcomer Yeovil this Saturday afternoon. Torquay is one of the best home sides in the league. For the moment they have four straight home wins with ten goals made and only one conceded. On the road things has not been that bright but before the midweek clash they hade six games in a row without loosing. The game against Mansfield was a very good football game between two teams that went forward. The game set off in a high goal scoring tempo and already after 5 minutes Mansfield was up 1-0. 2-0 came some minutes later and already after 17 minutes the result was 2-1. Despite being down 2-0 that early Torquay did not give up but this was one of those days when luck is not with you. In the other half the pressure from Torquay raised as they worked for an equaliser. They made one goal that was ruled out for an apparent offside. In injury time it really looked as the game would end 2-2 but the shot from Rosenior was saved by a defender on the goal line. Although loosing the Torquay coach praised his team for the 110% attitude and commitment. Torquay will be able to field the strongest side since they do not have any suspension worries or injuries to deal with.

Yeovil is as many teams in this division better when they play at home then when they play on the road. They now have only one victory from the seven latest away games. The other six games were losses. Yeovil played at home last weekend to another promotion contender Mansfield.  Yeovil was the strongest team and had the ball most of the time but they were unable to hold the lead after going in front in the 61st minute. Mansfield responded quite directly and equalled in the 79th minute. In the end of the game Yeovil tried every opportunity to go forward but Mansfield defended well and the game ended in a draw. Yeovil has all important players available again after some of them being out with the flu last week and they do not have any suspensions.

The strong home side Torquay being in the promotion rally really seems as a good bet for tomorrow. Since Yeovil has been decent at home and since Torquay has not won on the two latest games we stay on a medium stake; 3% is suggested.
