Final reasons
Promotion hopefuls Häcken made a brilliant display in midweek when they beat Frölunda with 2-0 in the Gothenburg derby. Tonight they play at home against Brommapojkarna who has taken some easy home victories lately against the weaker sides in the league but who still has problems when being on the road. With a fully fit Häcken playing with confidence and fantasy we cant see why they would have any problems with Brommapojkarna. Stake 4%.
General comment about the game
Tonight the Swedish Superettan continues with one game between Häcken and Brommapojkarna. Häcken is the current leader in the League and as many experts expected before the season started they now seem to be on their way to promotion. They have a very good ability of scoring goals this year. So far they have made 24 goals and they have also scored at least one goal per game. In Dioh Williams and Mats Haglund they have two very good scorers and as long these are available things looks very good up front for Häcken. In midweek Häcken beat Frölunda with 2-0. Häcken was the far better side and although not scoring before half time they had created 14 chances against Frölunda’s two. In the second half Häcken finally succeeded to put the ball behind the Frölunda keeper in the 59th minute. Although being behind, Frölunda could not fight back in order to equalise. Instead Häcken kept on their good play and in the 91st minute new signing Mattias Andersson could make his first goal and put the figures to 2-0. Häcken has all important players available today.
Eight placed Brommapojkarna is a decent home side with only one loss so far. This is however much due to three straight home wins against three of the bottom sides in the league. Prior that they had not won at home at all. On the road the figures are worse and apart of winning the first game away to Falkenberg, they have only grabbed three points from their five last games. The two losses came before the last away game against Åtvidaberg. Last game Brommapojkarna won at home against bottom side Friska Viljor with 5-0. Brommapojkarna was the better side and being up 2-0 at half time there was really never any threat from the visitors. The figures could have been bigger but a lack of concentration in the end of the game prevented them from scoring more goals. To this game defender Jon Persson is available again after sitting out with suspension against Friska Viljor meaning that they has no important players missing through injury or suspension.
