The Sportsobserver Profit Guarantee!
We
have since season 2006-2007 offered
a Profit Guarantee for all full paying members* of Sportsobserver. If
we have a losing calendar month in the Bet Fund, we will give all members
the next 30 days for free.
To be entitled to this Profit Guarantee, you must have been a
full paying member* for some days during the non profitable month.
* To be a full paying member
you must have paid for our service for at least 30 days. For the avoidance
of doubt, being member on a 5 days trial period is not a full paying membership.
Example:
If you become a member of
Sportsobserver the 5th of November and pay for 30 days subscription your
membership will expire the 4th of December. If our Bet Fund will be
non-profitable during November, you will get 30 days on top of your current
subscription, meaning that your expiry date will be prolonged until the 3rd of January.
If November is a profitable month and you by some reason do not want to pay for
an extension of your membership your expiry date is still the 4th of December.
However, if December becomes non-profitable you will be eligible to get 30 days
for free starting the 1st of January since you have been a full paying member
for some part of the losing month.
